The initial room had a trash bin literally in front of the door!!! The bathroom floors were sticky, carpets appeared dirty, and restroom updates are clearly overdue!!! Noise from paper-thin walls made for restless nights!!!

The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the free breakfast options, especially the waffles! I also enjoyed some quality time in the hot tub and took advantage of the fitness center to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that the beds felt a bit firmer than I prefer, but overall, it was a nice stay! 😊

The room was really nice and had cool upgrades. Loved the comfy window seat! However, the hallways smelled a bit off, and my room's light switch didn't work. Breakfast was decent, and they kept the area neat. If they can fix the light issues, it’d be perfect!

Located conveniently near shopping and restaurants, it felt safe and welcoming to walk around. However, the room size was a bit smaller than expected, which may not suit everyone’s preference.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the nearby attractions like Safari Nation. Our kids had a blast there, and it was great to find a few restaurants within walking distance for our family meals.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve its cleanliness for families with children.
